Happy Baker: Smores Cupcake

Things Pinterest makes you do: Bake Smores cupcake.

I got a lot of recipe involving Marshmallow frostings, but since frosting is not yet my thing, I decided to use marshmallows for my smores :P

I used my favorite chocolate cupcake recipe for this one. To avoid over baking, I placed the marshmallow on top of the cupcake for 2-3minutes inside the oven before taking it out. I also added some graham biscuit on the side, and viola, my own Smores Cupcake! :)

My friends and family was kind enough to say it tastes good haha :)
